The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute bonus shares to the shareholders from the profit of the current fiscal year. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute 10 percent bonus shares worth Rs 1,34,05,425 out of its current paid-up capital of Rs 13,40,54,250.
The dividend will be approved by the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
