Kathmandu. Khanikhola Hydropower Company has got permission to bring right shares. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has given permission to Khanikhola Hydropower to issue rights on June 15.
The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebi) has allowed Khanikhola Hydropower to issue 100 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of its paid-up capital. The company will now issue right shares worth Rs 465.71 million to its shareholders. Accordingly, the company will sell a total of 4,657,143 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
After the right sale, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 931.428 million. Citizens Capital is the right sales manager of the company.
