Kathmandu. । Kamana Service Development Bank Limited has announced a dividend of 15.7895 percent of its paid-up capital to its shareholders from the accumulated profit for the fiscal year 2081/82. Of this, 10 percent bonus share and 5.7895 percent cash dividend (including taxes) have been declared and 15.7895 percent dividend has been declared.
Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Dinesh Thakali, said that the decision to distribute the dividend was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the bank held at the bank’s central office at 4 pm on Sunday.
The shareholders will receive the dividend after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and approval of the upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting. It has also become the first development bank to declare dividend.
Last year, the bank had distributed 12 percent dividend.
