Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed units of reliable prosperity scheme, the first mutual fund in the insurance sector.
Plan Manager Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital and NEPSE signed an agreement today to list the units of the scheme. The units of this mutual fund, which will be traded from the second day of listing of any securities, will also be able to buy and sell from Tuesday.
A total of 120 million units of this scheme have been listed in NEPSE. NEPSE has given ‘RSY’ transaction signal to this scheme.
Reliable Nepal Life Insurance’s fund promotion scheme units were opened for sale from April 28 to April 15. The units of the scheme were allotted at the office of Sanima Capital, the sales manager of the company, on May 15.
This mutual fund is a 10-year closed-ended scheme.
