Kathmandu. Sambhal district in Uttar Pradesh has come to light in connection with a massive insurance fraud.
Sambhal police have exposed the insurance fraud. The police were monitoring the activities of the inter-state insurance racket. An investigation into the data received from insurance companies had revealed the murder of two people named Daryav and Sanjay in Chandausi and Bahjoi.
Shah Rukh Khan’s mobile phone, which was arrested in February last year, had received important information. Shah Rukh was in touch with a man named Kamal. Investigation revealed that a person named Aman had seven insurance policies. The total amount of these policies was Rs 2.7 crore. All these policies were taken between July and September 2023.
A case of Aman’s death was registered at Rahara police station in Amroha. The post-mortem report did not show any injuries on his body. However, there were traces of sharp weapons on the head. The case was transferred to Sambhal on the directions of the DIG.
Investigation also revealed that the gang had also killed Salim before Aman. In the case of Salim, rs 78 lakh and in the case of Aman, rs 20 lakh was claimed.
The gang now played with the police investigation that they were planning to kill a man named Ramesh. According to the police, the total amount of such insurance fraud can be up to Rs 200 crore. – Agency
