Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has directed the insurance companies to make arrangements for public holidays on October 3 and October 6.

The government has declared a public holiday on October 3 and October 3 in view of the situation created by incessant rainfall across the country. “Since the insurance service is an essential service, this notice has been issued for the information of all to make arrangements for the insured and customers to be physically present in the office or in other circumstances to complete the work from home in case of emergency,” the notice reads.
