Kathmandu. Energy Minister Kulman Ghising has again initiated the process of collecting the arrears of dedicated feeder and trunk line. During his tenure as Energy Minister, he took the first decision to clear the dues of dedicated feeders and trunk lines.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) held on Friday decided to clear the dues. NEA has issued a notice to the industrialists asking them to pay their dues.
The NEA has given 21 days to the industrialists to pay the dues. The NEA has urged the industrialists to pay the arrears by November 1.
