Kathmandu. In South Korea, a woman has been fined cash for pulling her male colleague’s pants.
A South Korean court has fined the 50-year-old woman $2,100 (Rs 288,000) in cash for sexual misconduct. The court also directed the woman to undergo eight hours of sexual abuse prevention education.
The incident took place in October at a restaurant in South Korea’s Gangwang province. There, the woman accidentally pulled on the inner garment along with the male colleague pants in front of other co-workers.
The victim,a 20-year-old male colleague,had filed a case against the woman at the Chucheon District Court. During the court hearing, the woman claimed that she had not knowingly but only made fun of the male colleague.
On Saturday, the court dismissed the woman’s claim and imposed a cash fine. – Agency
