Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has approved the issuance of debentures to ICFC Finance Limited. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has approved the issuance of debentures to the company.
The company has been allowed to issue 500,000 units of ‘ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2089’ worth Rs 500 million at a face value of Rs 1,000 each.
