Kathmandu. In the second phase, Pure Energy had opened the IPO sale to the general public from April 28 to April 15. The allotment of this IPO has been completed on April 15.
After the IPO allotment of the company, the company’s shares will now be listed on NEPSE. Nepse is likely to offer a minimum opening range of Rs 96.45 to a maximum of Rs 289.35 per share for the company’s first transaction. If the company’s shares are traded within the range set by NEPSE in the special pre-open session, the transaction will be open for the regular session.
For the first share transaction, NEPSE sets a price range of up to three times the company’s actual per share net worth. The company’s latest net worth per share is Rs 96.45.
