Kathmandu. Crest Micro Life Insurance has made its first transaction in the special pre-open session today. Shares of the company were traded at Rs 302.50 per share today.
For the first transaction, NEPSE gave the company an opening range of Rs 100.86 to Rs 302.58. On the basis of the same range, the shares of the company were traded in the special pre-open session on this day. The company’s shares were traded through CREST.
A total of 7.5 million units, including 2.25 million units issued by the company for the general public and 5.25 million units invested by the founding shareholders, were listed on NEPSE on Wednesday.
