Kathmandu. Him Star Energy Company has received ipo approval from the Securities Board of Nepal.
The Securities Board of Nepal (Sebi) has approved the IPO of Him Star Energy on May 15. Now the company will issue an IPO equivalent to 30 percent of the current paid-up capital.
The company has received permission to issue an IPO worth Rs 111.9 million. Accordingly, the company will open a total of 1.119 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100.
NIC Asia Capital is the ipo sales manager of Him Star Energy.
