Kathmandu. Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited has urged the remaining shareholders to accept the old dividend. The company said this in a notification today.
The company has contacted the company saying that some shareholders have not yet received the dividend approved by the general meeting of the fiscal year 2074/75 and 2075/76.
The company has requested the remaining shareholders to submit the documents to the company’s central office located at Harihar Bhawan, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.
The details of shareholders who are yet to receive dividends have also been published on the company’s website. If the concerned shareholder or entitled does not come to receive the dividend, the dividend will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund.
