Kathmandu. The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gorkhaj Finance Limited has concluded today. The meeting was held at Anupam Foodland, Gaushala, Kathmandu on Friday.
Chief Executive Officer Gyanendra Iwang informed that the General Assembly approved the report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2080/81, the financial report of the auditor and the same meeting decided to appoint NBSM Associates as the auditor for the final audit of the financial year 2081/82.
The AGM has also approved the appointment of directors appointed by the Board of Directors after falling vacant on different dates. On the occasion of the same meeting, the financial institution honoured the employees who have served in the financial institution for more than 20 years and also bid farewell to Mukunda Shrestha, who has compulsorily retired after more than 30 years of service.
