Kathmandu. In recent times, the style of gifts given on the occasion of weddings, fasts, birthdays, chhewar and other special days has been changing with time. The trend of gifting insurance policies to your relatives to bear the risk of life is increasing day by day.
Meanwhile, Ram Bahadur Bista of Surnaya Rural Municipality-5, Baitadi has gifted insurance worth Rs 500,000 on the occasion of his son’s special day. He urged everyone to take life insurance from the point of view of saving and security for the education of the son rather than spending extravagantly, and the insurance would develop the habit of saving by cutting the expenses and also provide the support of misery.
Stating that life insurance does not require a huge financial resource, Pandit said that it is easy to insure according to one’s source of income by deducting expenses from one’s income. He said insurance is mandatory for all sections of the rich and poor in today’s time as insurance carries both savings and risks.
