Kathmandu. Geography Energy Development Company Limited is going to hold a special general meeting on August 15. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held at the company’s registered office in Baneshwor, Kathmandu on July 14 decided to hold the meeting.
The meeting will be held at Kazi’s Kitchen, Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 9 am. The meeting will pass a resolution on the decision taken by the Board of Directors regarding the issue of right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital of the company and the utilization of the amount received accordingly.
The Assembly shall pass various resolutions including making necessary amendments in Section 6 of the Memorandum of Management to increase the authorized, issued and paid-up capital, to amend or change any matter from the regulatory body when the general and special proposal passed pursuant to above is submitted for approval, to amend or change any matter, and to give full authority to the Board of Directors if additional works are to be done in connection with the issue of right shares.
