Kathmandu. The government has adopted a policy to provide all public services online.
The government has included such a policy in the annual policy and program of the upcoming fiscal year. President Ram Chandra Poudel is presenting the policies and programmes in the joint sitting of the Parliament.
The government’s policy is to expand faceless services to make public services effective. “Citizen App will be developed as the main digital device of service provider and all services will be made online as much as possible,” the policy states.
Similarly, the government plans to abolish unnecessary structures to prevent wasteful expenditure. “Such structures will be merged and handed over,” the policy states.
