Kathmandu. The Governor’s Recommendation Committee formed under the coordination of Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel has decided to recommend the names of three people on Tuesday.
The recently concluded committee meeting decided to recommend the names of bishwa Poudel and three others. Finance Minister Poudel has reached the Prime Minister’s Office in Baluwatar to recommend the names of three people.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers has been called at Baluwatar this evening. There is a strong possibility of appointing a governor in the same meeting.
According to sources, the committee has named Bishwa Poudel in the first place. It is likely that Poudel will become the governor.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba had reached an agreement to appoint Poudel.
The names of two others recommended by the committee have been kept secret.
