Kathmandu. Idi Hydropower Company Limited has concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has approved the agenda of the IPO along with the audited financial statement for the financial year 2081/82, the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and his remuneration approval, the appointment of the promoter shareholder for the financial year 2082/83, the proposal to bring in the promoter shareholders as a strategic partner and necessary amendments in the Memorandum of Association and Regulations.
The company has also elected a board of directors through an election process. The new board members are Yuresman Kayastha, Ananda Chaudhary, Krishna Prasad Khatakho, Tirtha Raj Puri and Deepika Pradhan.
On the occasion, the chairman informed the meeting that the company plans to continue investing in other projects in the coming days.
The meeting was attended by the company’s directors, shareholders and other invited guests. The project under this company has been generating and selling electricity since Baisakh 2082.
