Kathmandu. Surkhet: Trust Micro Insurance Limited has successfully concluded the “Insurance Literacy and Stakeholder Discussion Program” in Surkhet today. Representatives of banks, financial institutions, microfinance institutions and other financial institutions operating in Surkhet district were present in the program, focusing on various aspects of the insurance sector.
Chief Executive Officer of Trust Micro Insurance Limited Ujjwal Dhungana, Deputy CEO Bishwajan Shrestha and Head of Marketing Department Deepak Pokharel were present on the occasion and briefed the participants about the concept of insurance, risk management, underwriting process, claim process and all aspects related to insurance.
The objective of the programme was to enhance insurance literacy and deepen coordination and collaboration with financial sector stakeholders. Representatives of the participating organizations were able to share their experiences, queries and suggestions related to insurance, which made the discussion more useful and interactive.
