Kathmandu. Employees promoted to the posts of Director and Deputy Director of Nepal Insurance Authority through the internal evaluation system have been appointed. Chairman Sharad Ojha has handed over promotion letters to the employees recommended for promotion through the internal evaluation system by the Nepal Insurance Authority’s Post Completion Recommendation Committee.
According to the authority, the promotion will be effective from Chaitra 8 for employees promoted to the post of Director and from Chaitra 9 for those promoted to the post of Deputy Director. They were given promotion letters 35 days after the Post Completion Committee recommended the promotion.
The employees promoted to the post of Director are Dhruv Timilsina, Kundan Sapkot, Shambharaj Lamichhane and Nirmal Adhikari. As per the decision of the Post Completion Recommendation Committee held on Falgun 2, it was decided to recommend them for appointment to the post of Director. Similarly, those who will be promoted to the post of Deputy Director are Assistant Director Sabita Thapa, Ranjita KC, Shambhu Prasad Mishra, Jamuna Aryal (Acharya) and Kedar Bhatta. The meeting of the Recommendation Committee held on Falgun 3 had decided to recommend them for appointment to the post of Deputy Director.
The decision to promote them was taken by the Authority’s Board of Directors meeting on Sunday based on their promotion recommendations after no complaints were received against the employees recommended for promotion.
