Kathmandu. The District Administration Offices of Chitwan, Dhading and Tatah have issued a joint alert appeal for the general public in view of the forecast issued by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
The local administrations of all three districts have jointly appealed to adopt these precautionary measures keeping in mind the possibility of heavy rainfall from October 3 to October 3.
People have been requested not to travel except the most essential ones during the forecasted time of heavy rain (October 20). If you have to travel, you are requested to do so only after getting the necessary information from the security agencies.
Not to run large vehicles carrying essential goods within the specified time limit.
The local administration may have to close the vehicular movement from the highways in case of rainfall as per the forecast or if there is such a possibility, appealing to all to be alert and extend necessary support in such situation.
