Kathmandu. Central Finance has decided not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2080.81.
The company’s board of directors meeting held on Wednesday decided not to distribute any dividends according to the financial statements for the fiscal year.
The company has now stated that the financial statements received from the auditor will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. The company says that after being approved by the Rastra Bank, the financial statements will be submitted for approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
