Kathmandu. The government has called on stakeholders to send suggestions on revenue policies to be adopted while formulating the Economic Act for the upcoming fiscal year 2082.83.
The Revenue Advisory Committee under the Ministry of Finance published a notice today, urging the private sector, government agencies and all stakeholders to send suggestions. The notice has urged suggestions on the revenue policies to be adopted while formulating the Economic Act, as well as on customs duties, value-added tax, income tax, excise duties, non-taxes and revenue leakage control, including improvements to be made in the overall revenue administration.
Suggestions can be sent to the Revenue Advisory Committee as well as thematic subcommittees. Suggestions should be sent by Chaitra 31.
