Kathmandu. Banking services will be operated on other days except the day of Dashain Tika.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), issuing a circular to the banks and financial institutions (BFIs), has directed them to resume banking services required to clear customs clearance on days other than the Dashain Tika (October 30).
Earlier, the Department of Customs had sent a letter to the central bank on September 22 requesting it to resume banking services for the purpose of facilitating trade, regulating the supply system and clearing customs clearance of goods to maintain service delivery.
