Kathmandu. Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism has got permission to issue an IPO.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has given permission to Bandipur Cable Car to issue an IPO today. The Securities Board of Nepal has approved the ipo of Rs 586 million.
The company will now issue a total of 5.86 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each. This will be equivalent to 20.71 percent of the issued capital of the company.
At present, the founding group owns shares worth Rs 2.24 billion in the company. Which is 79.29 percent of the issued capital.
After the IPO sale, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 2.83 billion. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is the ipo sales manager of the company.
