Kathmandu. Bajeko Sekuwa Limited is going to bring an IPO for the general public.
The restaurant has called its 16th annual general meeting to pass proposals with an agenda to bring an IPO. The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm on September 12 at the restaurant’s registered office in Battisputali.
The assembly will pass a special resolution to bring an IPO. The meeting will also approve a special proposal authorising the board of directors to go for merger, DDA and sign merger agreements with other companies.
The assembly will pass a resolution to give authority to the board of directors to take such loans if the required loans taken from banks and financial institutions for restaurant operation and development projects exceed the prescribed limit.
The assembly last fiscal year 2081. It will approve the annual and auditor’s report of 82. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2082. It will approve the proposal regarding the appointment of an auditor and determination of his remuneration for 83.
