Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority has posted the directors, including those who were promoted, to their respective divisions on Thursday. According to the authority, all six directors have been posted.
Shambharaj Lamichhane has been posted to the Regulation and Money Laundering Control Division, Kamal Prasad Regmi to the Law Division, Dhruv Timalsina to the Supervision Division, Pujan Dhungel to the Investigation Division, Nirmal Adhikari to the Underwriting Division and Kundan Sapkota to the Management Division.
Among these, Regmi and Dhungel are senior directors based on work experience. Although the Authority’s approved staff structure provides for the appointment of two Deputy Executive Directors below the Executive Director, the Authority has not yet initiated the necessary process to promote both of them to the post of Deputy Executive Director.
