The instant messaging platform is working on an AI-powered re-write feature. With the help of the re-write feature, users can write their messages in different styles. This feature will also be able to proofread the user’s messages. Apart from this, the platform is working on a two-way live voice chat feature for Meta AI.
According to a report by Android Authority, messaging platform WhatsApp is working on a text rewriting feature. Which will be based on AI. Information about this feature will be available from the Android app package i.e. APK. This feature has been spotted in Android version 2.25.8.5. However, this feature is not visible. Due to which no one can use it. The AI rewrite feature will be available as a floating action button. This button will be in the form of a pencil icon, which will appear above the send button. This button will appear only when the user types something.
After typing a few words, the user will have to tap on this pencil icon. By tapping here, the user will be able to go to the text editor. With the help of this, the user will get the facility of various text re-writing options. With the help of this, the user can change their messages in funny, rephrase, supportive and other ways. However, there is no information about when this feature of WhatsApp will be launched.
Currently, users get the Meta AI feature on this platform. Using this, the user can know the answers to many questions. This AI bot can create photos for the user. The company is working on improving it further.
