Kathmandu. The 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Crest Micro Life Insurance has concluded today. The meeting was held at the registered office of the company at Birendranagar-6 in Surkhet.
At the outset of the meeting, Chief Executive Officer of the company Pratap Man Shrestha gave a welcome address and briefed about the current progress and future plans of the company. Rishi Raj Mor, chairman of the board of directors, presented the company’s second annual report.
Last fiscal year 2080. The annual report of 81 has been approved. The auditor’s report has also been approved by the assembly. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. It has approved the proposal regarding the appointment of external auditor and his remuneration for 82.
Ishwor Lal Shrestha and Sunita Maharjan have been elected unopposed as directors on behalf of the general shareholders under Group ‘B’.
