On the day of the launch on June 26, more than 2 00,000 units of Xiaomi YU7 cars were booked in the first three minutes. Within an hour, the figure reached 289,000 units.
Xiaomi YU7 Apart from breaking the sweat of other rivals due to high demand, Xiaomi’s CEO also now wants to reduce the pressure on this brand. CEO Lei Jun has suggested that customers buying YU7 in the future should consider buying cars of other brands.
This is the first time in the world of automobiles that the CEO of any car maker has appealed to his customers to buy cars of other brands.
In July, the company’s Xiaomi YU7 had delivered a total of 6,024 units. The waiting period for this electric car has been more than one year.
According to data from the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, Tesla has left 265,400 units of cars in Cheet in the last six months. In just 18 hours, 240,000 units of Xiaomi Yu7’s cars have been booked.
The price of this car has been fixed at 253,500 yuan (about 49 lakh rupees). Which is about 4 percent cheaper than Tesla’s Model Y in China.
This SUV has dual zero gravity front seats. Apart from this, the passenger sitting behind the power adjustable rear seat will be given a comfortable ride.
This electric car comes in 3 variants. These include YU7, YU7 Pro and YU7 Max. Which will give different driving ranges with different battery packs.
Yu7 offers a driving range of 835 km, Pro 770 km and Max 760 km on a single charge.
