Kathmandu. A writ petition filed against Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) Chairman Sharad Ojha has been kept in the Supreme Court today.
A joint bench of Justices Abdul Aziz Muslim and Sunil Kumar Pokharel was hearing the writ petition filed against Ojha today. However, even today, the writ has not been allowed to be seen.
Earlier, the writ petitions were not allowed to be seen on April 10, April 10 and April 15.
A single bench of Justice Nahakul Subedi of the Supreme Court had on April 26 refused to pass an interim order against Ojha. Subedi’s bench issued a show-cause order in the name of the government and summoned both the parties for discussion.
Advocate Indira Dhamala, who is also an agent of National Life Insurance Company, had filed a writ petition against Ojha on March 27, accusing him of submitting a fake work experience certificate to become the chairman of the Insurance Authority.
