Kathmandu. The share price of Joshi Hydropower Development Company has been adjusted.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Joshi Hydropower at Rs 316.98 per share for the purpose of issuing right shares. According to the last trading price on Thursday, the share price of the company was Rs 458.02 per share. Now the shares of this company will be traded according to the adjusted price.
The company has decided to close the book for the purpose of distributing right shares on June 15. This means that the shareholders who have been retained till Thursday (Friday, June 6 and Saturday, 7th) are eligible to fill the right shares of this company.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has allowed Joshi Hydropower to issue 65 per cent right shares in the ratio of 1:0.65. The company will now issue right shares worth Rs 241.41 million to its shareholders. Accordingly, the company will sell a total of 2,414,100 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
