Kathmandu. People’s Hydropower Company Company in the current fiscal year 2082. The company has published its unrevised financial statements for the first quarter of 83 months (July-September).
According to the financial report, the company has earned a profit of Rs 65.63 lakh till mid-September of the current FY. Last year, 2081. The company had posted a loss of Rs 2.04 crore in the previous year.
In the review period, the company earned an operating profit of Rs. 18.35 crores. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 12.41 crore in the same quarter last year. The operating profit of the company increased by 47.88 percent.
In the first quarter of the current FY, the company earned Rs 31.81 crore from the sale of electricity. In the same period last year, the company had earned Rs 27 crore by selling electricity. Similarly, the income from the sale of electricity has increased by 17.81 percent.
The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.20 billion and EPS of Rs 0.82. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2.56 in the year-ago period. The net worth per share of the company is Rs 92.33.
