On the evening of October 31, the first prize of INR 11 crore was announced during a lottery draw in Ludhiana and Amit’s luck shone brightly.

According to Amit, he had borrowed Rs 500 from his close friend Mukesh Sen to buy a ticket. After declaring his victory, Amit went to Bathinda with his family and completed the lottery claim process. A few days later, he returned to his village Kotputli. There he was welcomed with drums and sweets. The neighbours happily came to congratulate him and started talking about Amit’s hard work and luck.

Amit says that Mukesh played an important role in his victory. “He lent me money to buy tickets,” he said, adding, “I will give Rs 50 lakh each to my friend Mukesh’s two daughters.” So that they can get a good education and move forward in life. ’

“When I bought the ticket, I didn’t know that my fortune would change so dramatically. Mukesh is a true friend of mine, so I want his children’s future to be secured. In addition, I will pay for my children’s education and the education of other needy children in my family. ’

As soon as the news of winning the lottery spread, Amit’s name became popular. But, at the same time, he was also under the surveillance of many fraud gangs. Amit started receiving phone calls and messages from various numbers. Many people who claimed to be a lottery company or a government official began demanding money from him in the name of taxes, claim fees or donations. Some even sent him threatening messages.

According to Amit, some of the calls initially seemed like jokes. However, it became so frequent later that it was difficult to handle. Some people started threatening and threatening him. So I hung up and moved to a safe place with my family for a while.
