Kathmandu. Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company is offering up to 50 percent interest subvention for the revival of life insurance policy.
Issuing a notice, the company informed that it has introduced a discount of up to 50 percent on the interest charged for renewing the insurance policy. This 50 percent discount will be given to those who have not exceeded 5 years of age from the expiry date.
According to the company, 35 percent interest subvention will be given to those who have completed 5 years of age from the date of expiry. The company has clarified that this discount facility will be available till June 15.
Life insurance companies offer such discounts only once during the insurance period. This exemption will not be applicable to the insurance policies that mature till June 1, 2019.
Similarly, if the insurance policies included in this discount scheme are surrendered within one year from the date of renaissance, the entire amount of the late fee exemption facility provided will be deducted.
