Kathmandu. The units of ‘Reliable Samriddhi Yojana’, the first mutual fund in the insurance sector of Nepal, have been allotted today to promote the fund of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance.
The units of this scheme were open for sale from April 1to April 15. The shares were distributed at the office of Sanima Capital, the sales manager.
A total of 120 million units have been allocated for the scheme at a face value of Rs 10 each. Of these, 17,291,960 units have been allotted to fund promoter Reliable Nepal Life and 1,235,140 units to plan manager Reliance Investment and Merchant Capital. The remaining 101,472,900 units have been distributed to the general public.
Reliable Prosperity Scheme is of a closed-ended type. This is a 10-year plan. After the allocation of units of this scheme, the transaction can be done after listing on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
