Two more companies approach Securities Board seeking IPO approval

Kathmandu. Two more companies have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking IPO approval. Electro Power Company and NC Agro Tech Industries have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking approval for the IPO.

If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approves it, Electro Power Company will float an IPO worth Rs 81.25 crore. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 81,25,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100. NIMB Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

NC Agro Tech will issue an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 18.75 crore after the approval of the Securities Board of India (SEBON). Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 18,75,000 units of ordinary shares at face value of Rs 100.

Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO of NC Agro Tech.
