Two hydropower companies seek permission from Securities Board to float IPO

Kathmandu. Two hydropower companies are in the process of bringing ipOs. Both the companies have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to issue ipOs.

Vision Energy and Power and Whitehouse Power are among those seeking IPO approval on the securities board. Vision Energy and White House Power will issue ipOs worth Rs 830 million and Rs 121.9 million respectively.

Vision Energy will issue a total of 8.3 million units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 each while White House Power will issue 1.219 million units of ordinary shares.

NIMB Ace Capital of Vision Energy and Nepal SBI Merchant of White House Power are the issue managers.
