Kathmandu. Two companies have moved forward with the process of bringing in an IPO. Aarti Power Company and Mewa Developers have moved forward with the process of bringing in an IPO.
Both companies have applied to the Nepal Securities Board for IPO permission. If the Securities Board grants permission, Aarti Power will issue a total of 3.6 million ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100. The company will raise Rs 360 million through this IPO sale.
Aarti Power’s IPO sale manager is Global IME Capital.
Similarly, after the approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal, Mewa Developers will bring an IPO of a total of 1.12 million units with a face value of Rs 100, or Rs 1.12 billion. The IPO sale manager of this company is Himalayan Capital.
