Kathmandu. Trust Micro Insurance has concluded its 2nd Annual General Meeting ( AGM). The meeting was held today at Maharaja Resort in Butwal-11, Rupandehi.
The assembly has passed a special resolution to issue an IPO reserved for the general public. The assembly also approved a special proposal authorising the board of directors to carry out any amendments, modifications and additions from the regulatory bodies for issuing the IPO.
The meeting also passed a proposal regarding amendments to the management letter, expenditure incurred under social responsibility and service facilities of the operators.
The same meeting last fiscal year 2080. It has approved the annual report of 81 as well as the auditor’s report. Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. It has passed a proposal regarding the appointment of auditors and determination of their remuneration for 82.
