Kathmandu. Trust Micro Insurance Limited and Cell Pay Pvt. Ltd. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed to provide insurance services to the customers through digital technology. Bishwajan Thapa Shrestha, Deputy CEO of Trust Micro Insurance Limited and Niraj Kumar Shukla, CHIEF Executive Officer of Cell Pay Pvt. Ltd. signed the MoU.
As per the agreement, CellPay will provide customers with all the information related to insurance charges online according to their needs. After receiving detailed insurance information through CellPay, customers can request for insurance policy from Cell Pay and Trust Micro Insurance will provide insurance services as per the request of the customers. In this way, customers will be able to get insurance services online.
The move is expected to make access to insurance services through digital means more systematic, simple and result-oriented.
Representatives of both companies believe that this agreement and collaboration has taken an important step in digital insurance technology. It is also expected to not only increase customer confidence but also benefit both companies in a sustainable manner.
Tast Micro Insurance has been providing motor, property, accident insurance services and is also in the process of providing agricultural insurance services.
