Kathmandu. Trade Tower has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue an IPO.
The Securities Board has granted permission to Trade Tower to bring an IPO today, Chaitra 25. With this, the company will now open the IPO sale to the general public.
The company has received permission to bring an IPO worth 397,169,300 rupees. According to which, the company will open the sale of a total of 397,169,300 units of IPO at a face value of 100 rupees.
The company is going to bring an IPO worth 48.696 percent of the paid-up capital. After the IPO sale, the company’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 815.697 crore.
