Kathmandu. The stock market fell by double digits on Sunday, the first trading day of the week. The NEPSE index decreased by 30.02 points to close at 2566.09.
All the 13 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group turned red. The finance group was the biggest loser on the day, down 2.91 percent.
Shares of 28 companies rose and 222 fell today. On this day, the share price of a company is stable.
The market recorded a turnover of Rs 4.90 billion today. The highest turnover was made by Union Hydropower.
