Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividends for the two companies. This is the last day to secure the dividend of Super Madi Hydropower and Mountain Energy Nepal. Mountain Energy is closing the book for one day tomorrow for the AGM and dividend distribution. Super Madi Hydropower is closing the book from tomorrow to December 18. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of these companies and receive the dividend to be distributed by these companies.
The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Super Madi Hydropower Limited has been called at Hotel Imperial on December 19 to endorse a proposal of distributing 5% bonus shares and 0.2642% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am.
Similarly, the AGM of Mountain Energy will be held on December 12 to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent bonus shares on its current paid-up capital and 1.0526 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
