Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividends of the two commercial banks. Today is the last day to secure dividend of Siddhartha Bank and Citizens Bank International.
The two banks are closing the book for one day on November 3 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of these banks and receive the dividend to be distributed by these banks.
KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank is conducting its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 13 at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus shares and 5.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Likewise, the meeting will authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, approve the additional expenditure incurred in the course of appointment of Directors and fulfill its social responsibilities and appoint an auditor.
Similarly, Citizens Bank has approved a proposal of distributing 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.
