Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividends of four companies. Today is the last day to secure dividends of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, Taragaon Regency Hotels, Synergy Hydro Energy and Nepal Hydro Developers.
These companies are closing the book on December 20 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of these companies and receive the dividend to be distributed by these companies.
Nepal Hydro Developer Limited has called its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 7 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 9 percent bonus shares on the current paid-up capital and 0.47 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. In addition, the meeting will authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and approve the appointment of independent directors.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has called its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on January 7. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus shares and 5.37 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Taragaun Regency Hotels has called its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Nepal Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on Wednesday. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am. The meeting will endorse the proposal of distributing cash dividend (excluding tax) at the rate of 5 percent of the existing paid-up capital, amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointing auditors.
Singati Hydro Energy has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 7 at Dhumbarah Avenue, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am. The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus shares of the existing paid-up capital and issuing 100 percent right shares after the bonus share distribution.
