Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure dividend of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company. The company is closing its book on December 22 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till date will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by these companies.
HIDCL has called its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 21 at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 1.5 percent bonus shares and 2 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.
