The company has decided to close the book from November 25 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution. As it is a public holiday on October 26, only the shareholders of the company will be eligible to receive the dividend.
The board of directors of the company has decided to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders. The company has decided to distribute Rs 1,842 cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 8 to approve the dividend. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm at Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
