Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the right shares of Joshi Hydropower. Today is the last day to fill the right shares that have been open for issue and sale since July 15. Although there was a provision to apply till August 15, the company had extended the deadline as the application was not received as per the demand.
The Securities Board of Nepal has fixed the current paid-up capital of Joshi Hydropower at Rs 371.4 million. It has been allowed to issue 65 percent right shares in the ratio of 5. At the same time, the company has issued a total of 2,414,100 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100.
The shareholders of the company can apply from the c-ASWA service approved by the Securities Board of India and my share of the participating banks and financial institutions and CDSC.
The company had closed the book for one day on June 15 to issue the right shares. Therefore, only the shareholders who have been established till Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 10, can apply for this right.
